We strive to foster a positive client-led approach to empower you in trusting your body and develop a sustainable relationship with food and movement.
Get to Know our Dietitian
Our dietitian, Hannah, is passionate about helping others fuel and move for longevity. She is a former collegiate softball player and advocate for incorporating movement in a balanced way, while adequately nourishing your body. She started this practice to provide greater support in two of the biggest areas that influence our health: nutrition and exercise. You can learn more about Hannah here.
